Job Summary: Production Analyst responsible for monitoring indicators, preparing reports, conducting line rounds, documenting processes, and supporting the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and monitoring of D-1 production indicators 2. Preparation of materials and support for daily cell meetings 3. Conducting line rounds to identify and correct anomalies * Perform D\-1 indicator analysis, identify major efficiency offenders, determine the TOP 3 issues of the day, verify production entries (Adjustments logged as Operational, Breakdowns logged as Equipment), and generate reports for the daily Cell meeting; * Responsible for preparing daily materials for the morning Cell meeting, supporting the Cell Coordinator with the most relevant information from the previous day; * Conduct daily line rounds to verify key operational standards by sampling, including line nominal values, beverage temperature, filler pressure, and so on for each piece of equipment, in order to identify and correct process anomalies; * Responsible for line documentation, printing shift-change notebooks, printing first-attack notebooks, providing the team with necessary resources to ensure daily process controls, and developing/reviewing operational parameter books; * Monitor all production startups (line startups) during one’s shift, as well as all changeovers occurring within the shift (SETUP), to support the operational team and transfer knowledge to the team, thereby improving the books; * Notify executed maintenance operational orders; * Implement process improvements through continuous improvement projects; * Manage Manufacturing OKRs; * Participate in team meetings for indicator tracking; * Occasionally, when requested, perform contingency meal relief coverage in case of staff shortages or efficiency/product cut crises (operate equipment); Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Qualifications:* Electromechanics, Technical Course * Electrical Engineering, Technical Course * Mechanics, Technical Course * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Card * Credit Cooperative * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * On-site Cafeteria * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Profit Sharing Program
