Description: We are looking for an experienced and autonomous professional who has: * Strong analytical skills to understand complex problems and propose efficient solutions; * Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or related fields, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills; * Experience with financial, accounting, and ERP systems; * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and others; * Experience working with development teams, applying agile methodologies for product/project delivery; * Skills in conducting user research and interviews; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre/RS.
