Job Summary: Cutting and Creasing Operator with experience in automatic machines, responsible for setup, adjustment, and operation, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of automatic cutting, creasing, and embossing machines 2. Preparation and adjustment of tooling, including installation and registration 3. Attention to product quality and equipment maintenance Cutting and Creasing Operator Must have operational experience with automatic cutting, creasing, and embossing machines. **Desirable:** Technical course in mechanics and/or electronics Must have completed high school. Responsibilities Review production schedule and quality specifications (Job Bags); Transport raw materials; load/unload products from machines; **Preparation and adjustment of tooling:** installation, registration, and shimming of cutting and creasing blades and embossing dies; Perform machine setups, prepare cutting setup sheets, configure parameters, and operate the machine; Synchronize and read Power Register; monitor process parameters; Ensure product quality (identify and segregate quality deviations) and maintain equipment and tooling; Lubricate the machine; clean and organize the work area (5S\+S); Ensure personal safety and that of colleagues.
