Where everything we do is to help you live better! **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as a Business Partner within departments, offering customized and strategic solutions to people-related challenges; * Monitor the employee journey, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint; * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions and quotas when necessary; * Identify development needs in collaboration with departments and assess feasibility of implementation, focusing on excellence, internal customer satisfaction, and improved results, acting as a business partner; * Ensure effective implementation of Corporate Education solutions that facilitate learning and development for individuals and teams, prioritizing positive employee experience; * Support leadership in managing employee performance through evaluations and feedbacks according to the Competency-Based Management cycle; * Ensure compliance with Labor Legislation and company internal policies, handling sensitive data from assigned areas with confidentiality; * Monitor offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and identifying improvement opportunities; * Promote actions related to the Climate Survey, from planning and development to execution; * Update, monitor, and analyze key indicators to assist leaders in decision-making, while maintaining impartiality and integrity, fostering relationships based on mutual respect within assigned areas; * Promote a positive and engaging work environment! **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas are desirable; * Experience in the field, with expertise in conflict mediation, decision-making, group facilitation, and corporate education will be an advantage; * Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to employment relations; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with management systems and tools; * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
