Does this resonate with you? **Then join our team as a Warehouse Project Specialist** **Your missions and responsibilities:** * Serve as the focal point between internal and external teams, promoting integration and effective communication to ensure project success. * Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan covering scope, objectives, schedule, budget, resources, and risk analysis—using appropriate project management tools and methodologies for the context. * Efficiently manage budget and schedule, ensuring delivery of results within defined parameters and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. * Facilitate joint decision-making with senior management by presenting well-founded alternatives and recommendations to guide the project during critical situations. * Conduct regular status meetings and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and tracking of progress, challenges, and next steps. * Act as the liaison between senior management and execution teams, translating strategic requirements into operational actions and ensuring fulfillment of project requirements and expectations. **Your attributes and skills:** * Bachelor’s degree completed * Prior experience implementing high-complexity projects; experience with warehouse projects is considered a plus * Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) * English proficiency at intermediate level or higher * Willingness to travel **Our Global Team:** We are a team of over 73,000 highly dedicated professionals across more than 70 countries, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives worldwide.
