Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as an **Internal Product Specialist** on our Internal Products team in Brazil. **What You’ll Do** As an **Internal Product Specialist**, you will deliver technical solutions to the Internal Sales team addressing diverse customer needs—working independently or collaborating with subject-matter experts on more complex solutions. **You Will:** * Technically qualify opportunities and design end-to-end solutions for cloud, software, and security, ensuring accurate configurations and quotations. * Advise on features, pricing, services, and position Dell solutions with technical and market differentiation. * Create and validate bills of materials and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, licensing terms, and delivery feasibility. * Drive adoption of value-added services (deployment, integration, optimization, consulting, MDR) to improve outcomes and accelerate deal closure. * Collaborate with internal and external teams, stay current on offerings, licensing, and industry trends, and manage response timelines and forecasts to achieve goals. **Essential Requirements** * Experience in technical sales supporting multi-platform solutions (cloud, security, software licensing/subscriptions). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Recent graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with one or more relevant platforms and domains (e.g., Microsoft Defender/Sentinel, Okta, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Veeam, PowerProtect, identity and access management, endpoint security, SSE/ZTNA, SIEM/SOAR, data protection, and cyber resilience). * Current or in-progress certifications in relevant vendor technologies or cloud/security domains. **Application Deadline: December 9, 2025.** **Who We Are** We believe every person has the power to drive impact.
