The Business Coordinator will serve as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that requirements, processes, and integrations support Agrofel’s operational efficiency. The role will engage directly with back-office, grain origination, operations, finance, and administrative departments to gather needs, define scope, and prioritize deliverables. The coordinator will be responsible for managing technical analyses, budgeting, supplier alignment, and execution oversight—ensuring governance and predictability. The role will operate cross-functionally across Processes, Systems, Data, and Infrastructure to ensure technology solutions deliver tangible business value, automation, integration, and measurable outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and organize technology requests, ensuring that back-office, grain origination, and other business unit processes are accurately mapped, prioritized, and fulfilled with quality, efficiency, and strategic alignment. * Lead IT projects using both agile and traditional methodologies, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Prioritize the demand backlog jointly with business stakeholders, applying practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid management models. * Drive system and platform integration (Grain Origination, ERP, CRM, BPMS, financial solutions, satellite platforms), supporting business growth, performance, and security. * Monitor technology and operational performance indicators (KPIs), including Sprint metrics, SLAs, throughput, burndown charts, and process adoption and efficiency rates. * Lead functional and non-functional requirements elicitation, ensuring clarity, prioritization, governance, and technical feasibility in collaboration with development, data, integration, and infrastructure teams. * Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring delivery quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience coordinating IT requests or projects and leading teams. * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. * Experience authoring User Stories for backlog management. * Proficiency in database querying (SQL). * Knowledge of system integrations and APIs. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Strong communication, organizational skills, systemic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * National Unimed health plan; * Uniodonto dental plan; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Pharmacy benefit program; * Life insurance; * Annual profit-sharing (PLR).
