Intellectual curiosity, technical precision, and effective communication are essential for success in this role. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze balance sheets and financial statements of Financial Institutions, identifying trends, risks, and key areas of concern. * Evaluate prudential indicators, capital structure, liquidity, loan portfolio quality, and other metrics relevant to understanding the risk profile of Financial Institutions. * Link macroeconomic developments — such as interest rates, exchange rates, and economic activity — to their potential impacts on the balance sheets of Financial Institutions. * Monitor news, events, and relevant information that could affect the financial health or risk profile of the institutions under analysis. * Prepare technical reports and communications for diverse audiences and credit committees, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and objectivity. * Deliver presentations to Committees, Risk Areas, other business units, and Cooperatives, structuring analyses and recommendations clearly and substantively. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of banking accounting, prudential indicators, and capital structure; * Ability to interpret economic scenarios and their impact on the financial sector; * Analytical, investigative profile with structured reasoning; * Strong verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize information, and clarity in presenting ideas; * Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in external auditing or bank accounting; * Knowledge of SQL or Python for exploratory analysis and database manipulation; * Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI); * Prior experience in credit risk analysis, prudential risk analysis, or evaluation of financial institutions; * Familiarity with Central Bank regulations applicable to Financial Institutions (e.g., Basel Framework, CMN Resolution 4966/21\); **Desired Profile** * Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to deeply understand the business; * Proactivity, independence, and organizational skills; * Strong public speaking ability and skill in translating technical analyses into clear messages. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consisting of 3 days per week onsite at our headquarters located at Av.
