




Job Summary: Customer service professional responsible for negotiation and management of reservations, providing support via phone and email. Key Highlights: 1. Customer support via phone and email for reservation management 2. Negotiation of no-show waivers and reservation modifications with hotels 3. Support to travel operators for reservation modifications **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide customer support via phone and email for new reservation requests; Contact hotels to negotiate no-show waivers for cancellations outside the allowed timeframe; Call hotels to negotiate changes to reservation dates and/or accommodations according to justified reasons; Respond to calls from travel operators regarding reservation modifications and/or cancellations; Draft emails in accordance with the unit's service standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Fluency in English and Spanish at C1 level is mandatory (to be assessed during interview and test); **WORK SCHEDULE:** Remote work – 5x2 shift – 2 days off per week **BENEFITS:** Medical and dental insurance, childcare allowance, performance bonus of R$ 280.00.
