




Job Summary: A professional to provide customer service via call and email, negotiating reservations, modifications, and cancellations with hotels and tourism operators. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in customer service **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide customer service via call and email for new reservation requests; Contact hotels to negotiate cancellation waivers for reservations outside the allowed timeframe; Call hotels to negotiate date and/or accommodation changes according to justified reasons; Respond to calls from tourism operators regarding reservation modifications and/or cancellations; Draft emails following the unit's customer service standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Experience in customer service; Fluent English at C1 level is mandatory (will be tested during interview and assessment). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Remote work – Rotating 5×2 schedule – 2 days off per week **BENEFITS:** Medical and dental assistance, performance bonus (R$ 280.00\), childcare allowance.
