**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist in drafting and updating MEX procedures and forms;
* Support construction sites and MEX/Head Office in controlling and dispatching correspondence and items, and follow up with relevant departments;
* Support in billing, verification, and mailing of Auxiliary Documentation for Construction Projects;
* Support in leasing real estate for MEX employees;
* Support in opening Expense Journals and Purchase Orders (POs) in DAX;
* Support construction site employees;
* Support the MEX/Head Office administrative team;
* Comply with POs and PRs and other requirements of the Quality Management System (e.g., quality policy and objectives, risks and opportunities, etc.) during task execution;
* Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships and conduct with internal teams, clients, and third parties, adhering to TMSA’s Code of Conduct;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Quality Management System (procedures, indicators, quality policy and objectives, etc.);
* Microsoft Office Suite;
* ERP system.
