Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and controlling inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring organization and timely replenishment for operational teams.

Receive, sort, and store supplies and materials delivered by suppliers; verify invoices against purchase orders; check quantities, quality, and specifications. Manage inventory. Ensure routine tasks are performed correctly. Distribute or supply materials, equipment, and supplies to operational teams.
Receive goods from suppliers
Verify invoices, quantities, and product expiration dates
Store food items in accordance with hygiene and preservation standards
Organize dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas
Track product inflows and outflows
Sort goods for kitchen and production use
Conduct inventory audits and stock counts
Monitor food expiration dates and implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) control
Request restocking when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Assist in preventing losses, waste, and damage
Manage cleaning supplies, disposables, and utensils
Requirements:
Previous experience in this role.
