




Job Summary: The Milling Operator is responsible for operating milling machines, making adjustments, controlling product quality, and participating in maintenance and cleaning. Maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the workplace **Responsibilities:** Starts wheat reception and preparation machines, the milling flow diagram, and whole-wheat flour milling equipment. Adjusts machinery as needed for production, monitors milled quantities and product quality, and completes required shift交接 records (milling and wheat cleaning). Conducts relevant milling process analyses and controls flour transfer. Identifies and reports machinery requiring maintenance, issuing service orders to the maintenance department. Participates in scheduled structural cleaning. Maintains workplace organization and cleanliness.
