Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard and common areas, as well as performing correct waste segregation and disposal. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of cleanliness in indoor and outdoor areas 2. Proper waste management and segregation 3. Cleaning and sanitization of environments RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform and maintain yard cleaning; Collect company waste; Correctly segregate and dispose of collected waste; Sanitize restrooms; Clean common areas.
