Job Summary: Act as the technical reference for the development team, building mobile solutions with Flutter and supporting the continuous technical evolution of systems and the team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical reference in development, with focus on Flutter 2. Full Stack development (mobile, backend, frontend) 3. Definition of architecture standards and technical guidance * Act as the technical reference for the development team * Develop mobile solutions with Flutter, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability * Perform backend development (Node.js) and frontend development (React, Angular, or Next.js) when required * Define architecture standards, code organization, and best practices * Provide technical guidance to developers, promoting team growth and maturity * Conduct code reviews and support technical decisions * Ensure delivery quality, testing best practices, and version control * Collaborate closely with product and business teams * Support the continuous technical evolution of systems and the team Requirements: * Solid experience as a Full Stack Specialist * Strong expertise in Flutter for mobile development * Experience with Node.js on the backend * Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Next.js on the frontend * Knowledge of application architecture and software engineering best practices * Experience with Git, version control, and branch workflows * Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps best practices * Cloud environment experience (preferably AWS) Benefits 20 days of paid vacation.
