




Job Summary: A Quality and Strategic Planning professional responsible for implementing management systems, conducting audits, and promoting continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems 2. Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits 3. Collaborate in the development of strategic plans and monitor their execution **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO, CQCIT, and new certifications. * Conduct internal audits and prepare the company for external audits, identifying nonconformities and suggesting corrective actions. * Monitor and structure quality indicators, analyzing data and generating reports that contribute to continuous process improvement. * Develop and deliver training programs for employees to promote a quality culture across the organization, including initiatives such as 6S, key users, and others. * Identify opportunities for improvement in organizational processes, proposing and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and quality. * Apply quality methodologies and tools—such as PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Lean, and Six Sigma—to drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent application of continuous improvement practices across the organization. **Strategic Planning:** * Collaborate in the development of strategic plans, supporting scenario analysis and identifying business opportunities and risks. * Track the execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and recommending adjustments as needed; disseminate the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) monthly to the entire organization. * Prepare tracking and performance analysis reports, providing management insights on strategic initiative performance, updating execution and strategic performance indicators. * Participate in planning meetings and workshops, contributing data-driven analyses and recommendations. * Attend N1 strategic meetings, documenting minutes and detailing new initiatives.
