Controller’s perspective for managerial and strategic analyses We are seeking a Senior Accounting/Controlling Analyst with an analytical and critical profile, results-oriented, and possessing a controller’s mindset. This professional will act strategically in monitoring business results, analyzing service profitability, and supporting business decision-making. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; Knowledge of performance indicators and managerial analyses; Experience with dashboards and Power BI; Knowledge of controlling will be considered a plus. **Responsibilities:** Analyze, classify, and record accounting entries, ensuring compliance and accuracy of information; Perform accounting reconciliations and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts; Support and execute monthly accounting closings; Analyze and monitor accounting and financial results, ensuring consistency and quality of information; Evaluate service profitability versus associated costs; Monitor key indicators, propose strategic improvements, and develop action plans; Apply a controller’s perspective to support managerial and strategic analyses; Develop and monitor managerial dashboards and reports; Support leadership in performance analysis and identification of improvement opportunities. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
