Warranty management and customer service **POST-CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL ANALYST** **Job Description:** SUPERVISE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TEAMS AND CONTRACTORS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH RESPONSIBILITIES. OVERSEE DETAILED INSPECTIONS OF UNITS AFTER DELIVERY, IDENTIFYING AND DOCUMENTING DEFECTS OR DISCREPANCIES. MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH BUYERS, PROVIDING INFORMATION ON WARRANTIES, DEADLINES, AND ADDRESSING COMPLAINTS PROFESSIONALLY. ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEVELOPER'S WARRANTIES, REPAIRS, AND REPLACEMENTS WITHIN ESTABLISHED DEADLINES. SCHEDULE AND SUPERVISE REPAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS. MAINTAIN DETAILED RECORDS OF INTERACTIONS, INSPECTIONS, REPAIRS, AND COSTS. PREPARE REGULAR REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT. ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY. PREPARE BUDGET ESTIMATES AND REPORT FOR APPROVAL. TECHNICALLY EVALUATE SERVICE REQUESTS AND GUIDE EXECUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS, ENSURING CORRECT MATERIAL USAGE. **Requirements:** Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related fields. Minimum experience: 2 years in post-construction activities, technical assistance, building maintenance, or construction quality. Technical knowledge of reading and interpreting project drawings (architectural, electrical, and hydraulic).
