Key responsibilities:* Administer and maintain databases (SQL Server and MySQL), ensuring security, availability, and data quality. * Create and maintain scripts and automations for data processing and analysis in Python and SQL, aiming for process efficiency and integrity. * Develop and maintain internal web applications (Flask, Jinja, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) that optimize operational workflows and provide insights to other departments. * Support the creation and updating of performance dashboards and reports, in collaboration with the BI team, translating data into actionable information. * Structure and manage relational databases (MySQL), ensuring data quality and availability for business teams. * Integrate internal and external systems and APIs for process automation and strategic data capture. * Actively participate in analyses aimed at identifying business opportunities, lead generation, and monitoring financial product performance. * Collaborate directly with Product, Sales, Technology, and BI teams, helping transform data into decisions and opportunities. Required qualifications:* Intermediate Python skills, focused on web development and automation. * Intermediate to advanced SQL (preferably MySQL). * Knowledge of Flask, Jinja, Django, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Familiarity with consuming and integrating REST APIs. * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Curious, organized, and collaborative profile, with eagerness to learn and propose solutions. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Porto Alegre. Desired qualifications (advantageous):* Prior experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or business intelligence areas. * Knowledge of ETL tools, BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, and similar) or data modeling. * Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to translate technical terms into business language.
