




Sebratel, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to join its Commercial team! If you are analytical, enjoy working with data, and wish to take on a strategic role supporting sales teams and commercial performance, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor daily performance of sales channels (internal, PAP, and PDV); Track individual and collective goals and results; Analyze conversion, churn, campaign, and promotion metrics, suggesting adjustments when necessary; Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, especially between sales and installation stages; Monitor SLAs for customer service, installation, sales registration, and validation; Assess productivity and performance of external teams and the commercial back office (BKO); Support initiatives to recover lost sales and retain customers; Consolidate and distribute commercial information (goals, campaigns, and announcements); Prepare reports and analyses with a strategic perspective to support decision-making. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Excel for analysis and dashboards; Ability to interpret commercial metrics (sales, conversion, churn, SLAs, and productivity); Knowledge of the sales funnel and customer journey; Experience in commercial back-office routines and familiarity with CRM and management tools. Bachelor’s degree completed in related fields (Management Processes, Commercial Management, Business Administration, etc.) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:18. Attention: This position requires on-site work at the company’s headquarters located in Porto Alegre. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in the region or its surroundings.
