




Job Summary: Administrative support in the procurement process, including registration of requisitions, quotations, purchase order tracking, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support across multiple stages, from quotation to delivery and documentation **Tasks and Responsibilities:** Provide direct support to the Procurement Department at all stages of the purchasing process, ensuring procurement requests are registered, quoted, and tracked efficiently, accurately, and systematically. * Register and organize material and service requisitions in Trello, spreadsheets, or ERP systems. * Request quotations from suppliers and complete price and delivery time comparisons. * Support Senior Buyers in issuing, sending, and tracking purchase orders. * Update purchase order, delivery, and quotation status controls and reports. * Track the submission of invoices and verify amounts and data. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records and documentation. * Support the warehouse in restocking critical materials and managing inventory levels. * Communicate delivery timelines and statuses to construction sites and internal departments. * Organize files, spreadsheets, and the department’s procurement history. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Academic Qualifications:** * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school. * **Preferred Education:** Currently pursuing a technical course in Administration or Logistics. **Benefits Offered:** Transportation Allowance (VT) - [x] Yes Meal Allowance (VR) - [x] Yes R$ 2.500,00 Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Education: * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * International Trade, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics, Bachelor's Degree Languages: * Portuguese (Native) * Transportation Allowance * Food Allowance
