Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges as Master's Program Coordinator are:** * Support students in achieving their goals through strong relationships, encouraging them to approach you whenever needed to resolve issues related to their daily life at the University Center—such as course selection, concerns or complaints regarding faculty members, or other requests and demands that may arise—thereby helping students achieve their academic and career objectives and reinforcing our brand. * Collaborate closely with faculty members, striving for continuous improvement in teaching processes; provide faculty with all necessary guidance to meet academic goals and deadlines; encourage participation in institutional training programs, offering them a competitive edge perceived by our students and contributing to the constant enhancement of academic quality. * Ensure adherence to academic deadlines—including course offerings on the portal, activities within experiential learning programs, submission of documentation for teaching internships, qualification exams, and dissertations. Also supervise research and extension activities, if applicable, as well as leveling activities. * Collaborate with advisory bodies to develop or update the Course Pedagogical Project, building a high-quality project to ensure our students receive the best possible education. * Receive evaluations from the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), striving to achieve top scores in these assessments. You will also be responsible for providing information required to complete SUCUPIRA forms. * Maintain the student database, respond to institutional requests, and manage interactions with the MEC. * Be accountable for course performance indicators (KPIs), e.g., NPS, student satisfaction index, and faculty satisfaction index. * Be responsible for the new student recruitment plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a professional with:** * Academic qualification: Doctorate; * Preferred experience as a faculty member or in management roles; * Preferred knowledge of or interest in active learning methodologies; * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about the subject matter; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the field; * A current Lattes curriculum is mandatory—this is one of the elimination criteria. **Additional Information** We believe in the excellence of our education and therefore value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
