Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** The consortium formed by ACCIONA and BRK is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join its Sanitation Project in Pernambuco.**Job Description** **Mission** Act as a generalist across Human Resources subsystems, ensuring execution of HR Administration and Recruitment & Selection processes for one of the project’s regional offices, while guaranteeing legal compliance, operational efficiency, and support to leaders and employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor HR Administration routines, including hiring, termination, vacations, time tracking, benefits, and personnel movements; * Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate submission of information and adherence to deadlines; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal regulations, and corporate policies; * Support recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and technical positions within the regional office; * Align hiring profiles and requirements with managers; * Monitor HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, SLA for open positions, and headcount; * Provide service to employees and leaders, clarifying questions and supporting HR-related requests; * Support onboarding initiatives, organizational climate, internal communication, and local development; * Interface with corporate departments to ensure alignment of HR processes at the regional level. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Prior experience in generalist HR, with exposure to HR Administration and Recruitment & Selection; * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR Administration routines; * Experience managing selection processes across various levels; * Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, sense of priority, and interpersonal skills. **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Allowance (VR/VA) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * ACCIONA has received the Top Employer certification for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
