About the opportunity We are seeking an Import Assistant to join our team and support operational oversight of import processes, assisting in shipment tracking, freight management, and administrative tasks within the department. This professional will play a key role in supporting foreign trade routines, contributing to information organization, logistics monitoring, and communication among all parties involved in the process. Key responsibilities * Monitor import processes and international shipments * Track freight costs and logistical deadlines * Monitor shipment location and status * Update controls and Excel spreadsheets * Assist in verifying import documentation * Support communication with suppliers, customs brokers, and carriers * Input data into systems and monitor operational information * Assist in managing departmental deadlines and tasks * Support administrative activities related to the import department Requirements * Proficiency in Excel * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Analytical and proactive mindset * Ability to work effectively in a team * Interest in working in import and international logistics Preferred qualifications * Prior experience in import, logistics, or foreign trade * Familiarity with ERP systems * Basic knowledge of foreign trade procedures * Basic/intermediate English proficiency will be considered a plus Work schedule Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) Benefits * Breakfast and lunch provided by the company, with a single monthly deduction of R$ 21.26 * Commuter allowance (Vale-Transporte) or iFood Benefits card stipend * Wellhub * Starbem * Partnership with DASA * Birthday day off Payment method * 40% of salary paid on the 15th * 60% of salary paid on the last business day of the month Join our team.
