Experience in branding, digital marketing, and audience behavior. **Key Responsibilities:** Planning, creation (creatives and captions), and scheduling of social media content (Instagram and LinkedIn); Copywriting and development of institutional and promotional materials; Creation and maintenance of an editorial calendar; Community interaction (comments, direct messages, and mentions); Support for promotional campaigns and digital launches; Editing of images and videos for stories, reels, and posts; Research on trends and benchmarks; Support for offline activities and events; Monitoring of performance metrics (engagement, reach, and growth), with proposals for improvements. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Advertising and Public Relations; Experience managing accounts (influencers, B2B and B2C companies); Prior experience as a Marketing Analyst, preferably with a focus on Social Media; Strong writing and written communication skills; Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and audience behavior; Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (basic/intermediate level); Basic understanding of photography and video capture; Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
