Job Summary: Support and assist in quality and industrial production consulting processes, evaluating capabilities and mapping processes, with a focus on results and emotional management. Hybrid work arrangement focused on results and problem-solving **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support and assist in quality and industrial production consulting processes; Evaluation of production capabilities; Process mapping and BPM notation; Lean manufacturing; Quality management and ISO 9001; Quality tools; Project management; Internal consulting management; Performance measurement and KPIs; Failure analysis. **REQUIREMENTS:** Learning ability, results orientation, problem-solving skills, organization and time management, interpersonal communication, and emotional management. Currently enrolled in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).
