Lead teams and ensure technical compliance Responsible for coordinating and supervising the refinery's operational activities, ensuring compliance with production targets, safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as leading teams and ensuring adherence to technical and regulatory procedures. **Requirements:** Technical course (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or related fields) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields Proven industrial experience Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, or oil and gas NR 20 – Flammable and Combustible Materials NR 33 – Confined Spaces NR 35 – Work at Heights NR 10 (if working with electrical systems)
