




### **Position:** **Sales Manager – Motorcycle Sales** **Job Mission:** Plan, coordinate and execute the motorcycle dealership’s commercial strategies, ensuring achievement of sales targets, business profitability and excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the sales team, monitoring performance, goals and indicators (KPIs). * Define and implement commercial strategies for sales of new and used motorcycles, motorcycle clubs (consórcios), financing and accessories. * Monitor negotiations, support deal closures and ensure customer satisfaction. * Analyze market, competition and trends in the motorcycle industry. * Control motorcycle inventory and product turnover, in coordination with administrative departments. * Develop promotional activities and sales campaigns. * Prepare managerial reports on results and commercial performance. * Train, motivate and develop the sales team. * Ensure compliance with commercial policies, internal standards and brand requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields. * Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive sector. * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation and financing. * Leadership, communication and decision-making skills. * Familiarity with sales metrics and management systems (CRM). **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and strategic vision * Results orientation * Organization and planning * Interpersonal skills * Proactivity and resilience **Working Hours:** Business hours **Employment Type:** CLT / PJ (adjustable according to company) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree Driver’s License: B, A
