Support sending correspondence and documents. Register, organize and keep document files up to date. Receive, record, provide and relay information to diverse audiences. Schedule appointments and reservations. Support financial, accounting and managerial routines. Carry out purchasing procedures and inventory control. Monitor the use of materials, equipment, collections, transfers and asset disposal. Record and update electronic timekeeping system data. Compile statistical data and feed into computerized systems. Create and maintain updated customer records. Perform fee collection routines. Report corrective maintenance needs for area equipment. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and preservation of equipment and workplace. **Working hours:** 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **Required knowledge:** Knowledge of administrative routines. Knowledge of writing techniques. Customer service skills.
