




Description: About the vacancy: * Work as an HR Analyst focused on Training and Development, supporting the implementation and monitoring of employee training and development programs. * Contribute to team growth and enhancement of competencies, aligning training initiatives with the company’s strategic needs. Main responsibilities: * Monitor regional development programs; * Organize and coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and participant support; * Support the development of training content and materials; * Monitor and track indicators related to development programs; * Keep training records and reports up to date; * Prepare budgets for university events and promotional items, among other departmental routines. Mandatory requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in Training and Development routines. * Knowledge of training and development management tools. * Availability for travel. * Residency in the vicinity of Araripina, Salgueiro, or Ouricuri. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 2601010046291878150
