We seek a proactive and organized candidate to join our **Indirect Procurement** team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring that our internal customers have everything they need to keep the factory and office fully operational. This could be your opportunity to join Cores do Futuro. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Procurement Cycle Support: Assist in initiating, tracking, and closing purchase orders for indirect materials and services. Supplier Management: Contact new suppliers, request quotations, and organize supplier registration in the ERP system. Internal Customer Support: Assist various departments within the industry by clarifying questions regarding the status of their requisitions. Data Intelligence: Collaborate in gathering and updating departmental KPIs. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields (from the 4th semester onward). * **Office Suite:** Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (use of formulas such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables). * **Profile:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to prioritize tasks. * **Availability:** Full-time internship of 6 hours per day (30 hours per week). #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * **Systems:** Experience or basic knowledge of management systems (ERP) such as SAP, TOTVS, or similar. * **Prior Experience:** Previous internship experience in administrative areas or customer service. #### **Benefits:** Internship stipend of R$ 1\.490,40 ️ Free cafeteria at the facility Meal or Food Allowance (Pluxee) worth R$ 336.00 Transportation Allowance (no payroll deduction) Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) – annual payment Wellhub (formerly Gympass) – wellness and quality of life Health Insurance Dental Insurance ️ Life Insurance Birthday Day Off – because celebration matters too!
