Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in active B2B prospecting, preferably in SaaS or technology companies; Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; Solid knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (such as SPIN Selling); Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, or similar; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach and solution focus; Resilient, analytical, proactive profile with good time and process management; Interest in innovation, technology, and continuous growth. Valued Differentiators Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to sales and productivity; Experience with prospecting automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Reev, Ramper); Participation in outbound sales playbooks or commercial squads; Previous experience prospecting in segments such as architecture, marketing, or technology.
