Join our family! ##### **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** * Conduct recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes; * Onboard new employees; * Monitor employee development on the shop floor and support calibration meetings; * Implement motivational initiatives; * Manage internal personnel movements; * Provide employee support; * Support company-provided training programs; * Assist with internal communications and coordination of related activities; * Ensure cognitive mapping and behavioral process management within the unit; * Monitor delivery of key performance indicators under your responsibility; **WHAT WE NEED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a Technologist degree in Human Resources; * HR experience.
