




Job Summary: On-site and remote technical support professional responsible for microcomputers, POS systems, networks, email, Windows, and tracking of service tickets and vendor coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for microcomputers and networks 2. Configuration of POS systems, printers, and Windows 3. Opening and tracking of service tickets and coordination with vendors 100% on-site role providing remote or on-site technical support for microcomputers; configuring POS systems, printers, networks, email, and Windows; opening and tracking service tickets via the service desk tool; coordinating with vendors; monitoring servers, data links, and internet services; registering new users; issuing passwords; preparing service reports detailing performed activities; performing daily routines; · Proficiency in computer platforms including Windows, Linux, Networks and Telecom, POS systems, and hardware; · Prior experience in service desk operations and handling service tickets; · Education: Technical course in Computer Science or degree in IT-related field; **Schedule:** * Weekdays: **2:00 PM to 11:48 PM** * Weekends: **5:00 PM to 2:48 AM** **Work Rotation:** ✔ **Fixed weekday day off** ✔ **Alternate weekend shifts** . NOTE: Availability for overtime as required until task completion, and for working on holidays per the rotation schedule.
