




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring operational activities in sewage collection, pumping, and treatment systems, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity. Promote operational discipline and safety culture Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring operational activities related to sewage collection, pumping, and treatment systems, ensuring process efficiency, compliance with environmental regulations, and operational continuity of facilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and guide field teams in the operation and maintenance of sanitary sewer systems, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety. * Assign tasks, monitor field execution, and ensure adherence to procedures, technical standards, and scheduling/management guidelines. * Monitor incidents, prioritize responses, and support operational recovery during emergencies. * Ensure accurate completion of service records, evidence documentation, checklists, and service order closures in the systems used. * Support interface with COI/CCO, scheduling, electromechanical maintenance, automation, and customer service to align demands. * Control the use of materials, PPEs, tools, and vehicles; request replenishments and ensure resource preservation. * Support identification of root causes of recurring failures, proposing improvements and preventive actions in coordination with leadership. * Promote operational discipline and safety culture, including daily safety talks (DDS), risk guidance, and regulatory compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; technical course in Sanitation, Construction, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is desirable. * Field experience in sanitary sewer networks/facilities, team leadership, and incident response. * Knowledge of service order routines, activity logging, material control, and procedure interpretation. * Practical leadership ability, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills in operational environments. * Strong communication skills and ability to guide both internal and outsourced teams. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or field applications for service registration and closure. * Willingness to work on-site, travel, and perform shift work when required. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Availability to work onsite in Petrolina/PE. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
