Work environment that values people, innovation, and meritocracy We seek a professional responsible for lashing and signaling during cargo handling operations alongside crane operators, ensuring that lifting/handling operations are carried out according to proper procedures, with safety and operational efficiency, meeting customer requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Signal crane operators using manual signals and/or radio communication. * Conduct inspections / checklists of lifting equipment; after inspection, perform cargo lashing and signaling during cargo handling operations. * Participate in the assembly and disassembly of telescopic or lattice cranes and their accessories. * Prepare cargo handling operations and inspect the activity area / location. * Perform daily equipment inspections jointly with the crane operator and complete daily required documentation related to operations, such as DDS, APT, APR, and others, in accordance with standards, regulations, and client procedures; if no client procedures exist, follow BSM standards and procedures. * Read and interpret rigging plans jointly with the crane operator. * Signal all maneuvers and positioning to the crane operator. * Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations; inspect safety devices; use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) correctly; remain vigilant regarding work operations/environments to mitigate accident risks. * Willingness to travel; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: (Minimum) Incomplete elementary school; Relevant experience preferred; Desirable training courses: Signaler/Rigger.
