Job Summary: A professional responsible for signaling and inspecting cargo movements, lashing materials, participating in crane assembly, and preparing the worksite. Key Highlights: 1. Performs cargo inspection and lashing, and signals movement operations. 2. Participates in the assembly and disassembly of cranes and their accessories. 3. Conducts daily equipment inspections and completes operational documentation. Description: Education: (Minimum) Incomplete elementary school; Relevant experience preferred; Desirable training courses: Signalman/Rigger. Minimum duration: 20 hours; Field worker; * Signals crane operators using manual signals and/or radio communication during lifting operations. * Responsible for conducting inspections / checklists of lifting equipment; after inspection, performs cargo lashing and signaling during cargo movement processes. * Participates in the assembly and disassembly of telescopic or lattice cranes and their accessories. * Prepares for cargo movement and inspects the activity area/site. * Conducts daily equipment inspections jointly with the crane operator, and completes daily required documentation related to operations, such as DDS, APT, APR, and others according to client standards, regulations, and procedures; if no client-specific requirements exist, follows BSM standards and procedures. * Reads and interprets rigging plans together with the crane operator. * Signals all maneuvers and positioning to the crane operator. * Complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations; inspects safety devices; correctly uses personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); remains vigilant regarding work operations/environments to mitigate accident risks. * Willingness to travel; 2511200202481718389
