Work environment that values innovation, ethics, and commitment We seek a professional who will be responsible for cargo lashing and signaling during cargo handling operations alongside crane operators, ensuring that lifting/handling operations are performed according to proper procedures, with safety and operational efficiency, meeting customer requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Signal crane operators using hand signals and/or radio communication. * Conduct inspections / checklists of lifting equipment; after inspection, perform cargo lashing and signaling during cargo handling operations. * Participate in assembly and disassembly of telescopic or lattice cranes and their accessories. * Prepare cargo handling operations and inspect the activity area/location. * Perform daily equipment inspections together with crane operators and complete daily required documentation related to operations, such as DDS, APT, APR, and others, in accordance with standards, regulations, and client procedures; if no client procedures exist, follow BSM standards and procedures. * Read and interpret rigging plans together with crane operators. * Signal all maneuvers and positioning to the crane operator. * Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations; inspect safety devices; correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); remain vigilant regarding work operations/environments to mitigate accident risks. * Willingness to travel; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: (Minimum) Incomplete elementary education; Relevant experience preferred; Desirable training courses: Signalman/Rigger.
