If you are organized, communicative, proactive, and enjoy working with people, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, and candidate outreach); * Conduct phone and/or video interviews; * Schedule interviews with managers; * Update and maintain the talent pool; * Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, number of candidates, etc.); * Assist in drafting job descriptions; * Support onboarding activities (document submission, verification, and file organization); **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection (preferred); * Basic knowledge of job posting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Gupy, or similar); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling a high volume of open positions; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews; * Familiarity with HR metrics.
