Description: * High school diploma or currently enrolled; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in feed factory production is a plus. * Assist in the separation of raw materials for production; * Add ingredients into the mixing hopper; * Weigh macro and micro ingredients to ensure correct addition of all ingredients in production, guaranteeing accurate weighing; * Verify scales according to IT.SGQ 006 and IT.SGQ 004 to ensure proper weighing; * Program the scale according to product derivation to guarantee the expected weight; * Sew/seal packaging to ensure all bags are properly closed and prevent contamination or losses; * Collect a sample from each product as required, to maintain a counter-sample; * Close production by verifying the number of empty bags remaining, checking at dispatch the quantity of bagged product, total produced, and quantity discarded; all information must be recorded on the form for subsequent evaluation and release of the produced batch; * Operate the control panel and verify production orders; * Clean and organize the area; * Ensure proper waste disposal by completing the waste record form to guarantee correct destination of production waste; * Assist in product palletizing; * Stretch-wrap palletized products. 2512310202491848969
