Description: * High school education completed or in progress; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in a feed factory production will be a plus. * Assist in the separation of raw materials for production; * Add ingredients into the mixing bin; * Weigh macro and micro ingredients to ensure correct addition of all ingredients during production, guaranteeing accurate weighing; * Verify scales according to IT.SGQ 006 and IT.SGQ 004 to ensure they are correctly calibrated; * Program the scale according to product specifications to ensure expected weight; * Perform bag stitching/sealing to ensure all sacks are properly closed and prevent contamination or loss; * Collect a sample from each product as required to maintain a counter-sample; * Close production by verifying the number of empty sacks remaining, check at dispatch the quantity of packaged product, total produced, and amount discarded; all information must be recorded on the form for subsequent evaluation and batch release; * Operate control panel and verify production orders; * Perform cleaning and organization of the area; * Ensure proper waste disposal by completing the form to guarantee appropriate handling of production waste; * Assist in product palletizing; * Stretch-wrap palletized products. 2511050202231848969
