Job Summary: Manage construction sites, ensuring compliance with requirements, planning and economic control, with a focus on optimizing cost, benefit, quality, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Full-time site construction management 2. Focus on Lean Construction for construction planning and control 3. Budget analysis and negotiation with suppliers You will join the **Construction Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Full-time site construction management * Daily execution of VAR (Verification of Compliance with Requirements) and DO (Site Diary) * Preparation of Fast's standard weekly report * Verification and validation of execution procedures, approved materials, and on-site scope * Anticipate deviations from objectives and propose solutions with a cost-benefit-quality-schedule-value-safety perspective * Conduct weekly construction control and planning using Lean Construction principles * Manage economic control related to actions under your responsibility * Budget analysis and negotiation with suppliers * Follow Group Método procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement * Comply with environmental operational controls applicable to your area of responsibility * Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of construction actions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Office suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is desirable; * Active CREA or CAU registration. **Additional Information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefit Total Pass Partnerships with Postgraduate, Extension, and Language Education Institutions Corporate University At Grupo Método, we work to foster an inclusive culture.
