Activities: * Execute and supervise critical activities in optical and structured networks. * Perform advanced diagnostics and propose efficient technical solutions. * Conduct complex maintenance and services. * Lead field teams of assistants, junior and full technicians. * Responsible for organizing tools, equipment, and vehicles. * Work on high-impact installations and maintenance of radios, electrical systems, DIO and other equipment at distribution points. * Prepare technical reports (inspections) and detailed analyses. * Serve as a reference for all positions below, transmitting advanced knowledge. * Work on standby duty when scheduled.
