Interprets regulations, leads projects, prepares reports, and guides the team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and validate registrations of assignors, drawees, guarantees, and credit transactions, ensuring document completeness and compliance. * Conduct registration analysis focused on **credit risk, portfolio quality, and fraud prevention**. * Interpret and apply **regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen), CVM, ANBIMA, and internal policies** related to registration, KYC, and AML/CFT. * Participate in defining, standardizing, and continuously improving **registration procedures, workflows, and controls**. * Support projects involving the **implementation or optimization of registration and operational systems**. * Prepare **management reports and performance indicators for the department**, supporting decision-making. * Serve as the focal point for **complex registration-related requests**, both internal and external (sales, legal, compliance, risk, audit, and partners). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in **registering transactions with FIDC and/or Securitization Companies**. * Solid knowledge of **registration processes, credit risk analysis, and portfolio quality**. * Proficiency in **KYC, AML/CFT, and registration controls**, applied within the financial market. * Proficiency in **registration systems, data management, and operational control tools**. * Familiarity with **regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen), CVM, and applicable norms for the sector**. * Experience in **preparing management reports and executive presentations**. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Profit-sharing plan (PLR). * Meal/voucher allowance. * Health and dental insurance (co-payment). * Gympass. * Transportation allowance. * Educational incentive. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
