IcoPallet is a company specialized in the manufacturing and supply of plastic pallets, offering sustainable and durable solutions for cargo transportation and storage. **Responsibilities:** Position Description We are seeking a PCP Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site position in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, PE. This professional will be responsible for planning and controlling production processes, monitoring and proposing improvements to performance indicators, fulfilling reporting generation and update requirements, and assisting in operational planning to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery. Education: Completed undergraduate degree in: Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, Materials Engineering. A specialization or MBA in Production Management is considered a plus. Main Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and control production. Develop and track production schedules. Analyze production capacity and propose improvements. Issue and track production orders. Control inventory and raw material requirements. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales departments. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel; Knowledge of production management systems; Data analysis; Power BI knowledge; Performance indicator management.
