Job Summary: Support the mapping, documentation, and improvement of operational and administrative processes, ensuring standardization across manufacturing units and monitoring results. Participate in internal audits and standardization initiatives Support the mapping, documentation, and improvement of operational and administrative processes, ensuring standardization between the two manufacturing units. Assist in mapping and reviewing processes within production and administrative areas. Support the development and updating of SOPs, work instructions, and flowcharts. Monitor production processes at the PVC factory to identify simple improvements. Support the implementation of performance indicators and monitoring of results. Perform process documentation control and organization. Participate in internal audits and standardization initiatives across units. Assist in training on new procedures.
