Job Summary: Professional to manage multifunctional operations, optimize warehouse logistics, lead operational teams, and ensure compliance with regulations, with a focus on efficiency and inventory control. Space and material flow optimization **Responsibilities:** Make quick decisions and demonstrate ability to manage multiple functions. Proficiency in methodologies such as FIFO/PEPS (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO/PVPS (Expiration Date) is essential for perishable goods or items with short shelf\-life. Operate and generate reports from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Monitor and analyze metrics including order cycle time, On\-Time in Full (OTIF), and freight costs. Plan reverse logistics for materials, packaging, or non-conforming products. Knowledge of regulatory requirements from agencies such as ANVISA and transportation authorities. Ability to lead operational teams (drivers, pickers, forklift operators), supervise schedules, productivity, and conflict resolution.
