Job Summary: We are looking for a QA Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. Key Highlights: 1. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting languages We are looking for a QA Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. The QA Engineer's responsibilities include designing and implementing tests and defining corrective actions. The professional must also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and counts of open defects), proactively working to automate test scenarios and ensure the highest delivery quality. * Review requirements, specifications, and technical project documents to provide meaningful and timely responses * Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases * Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities * Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools * Identify, log, fully document, and track bugs * Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements * Monitor and debug process results * Investigate root causes of software non-conformance * Monitor quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and counts of open defects * Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies. **Technical/Behavioral Requirements:** * Mindset focused on innovation, quality, performance, and scalability; * Proven professional experience in software quality assurance; * Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes; * Experience creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases; * Practical experience with internal ("white box") and external ("black box") penetration testing; * Practical experience with automated testing tools; * Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting languages; * Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong experience with DevOps culture; * Agile development (Scrum, sprints); * Intermediate/advanced English for reading and writing code. **What does Hub Conexa offer?!** * Health Insurance * Meal Allowance * Dental Plan * Remote Work Allowance * Gympass * Flexible Working Hours * Life Insurance * Corporate University * Education Assistance * Referral Bonus * Longevity Bonus * Gifts for newborn children of employees * Birthday gifts for monthly celebrants * If you prefer working onsite, our office offers an excellent environment with a game room, rest room, fully equipped kitchen, parking, library, afternoon snack, and hot coffee — a must-have!
