Technical customer support ### **Responsibilities** * Install fiber optic networks in residential and commercial premises. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network points and equipment. * Lay optical cables and conduct connectivity tests. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults in telecommunications networks. * Ensure adherence to technical and safety standards during operations. * Record completed activities in internal systems and report service order status. * Provide technical customer support, guiding customers on proper use of services. ### **Education** High school diploma or equivalent. ### **Required Experience** Proven work experience in the field, documented in employment record. ### **Position Overview** RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF OPTICAL BROADBAND PRODUCTS. SERVING CORPORATE CLIENTS, MICRO AND SMALL BUSINESSES (MSBs), AND INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS.
