Submit courtesy requests and WIT requests in the system and record justifications to support the Coordination team in the authorization process. * Request credit analysis of the customer from the Credit department. * Verify documentation and authorizations to proceed with the issuance of Service Orders. * Request parts separation in the system. * Contact customers to close service cases, clarify doubts, and inform them that they will receive a satisfaction survey. * Support immediate superiors on matters inherent to the role, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to support the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Ensure quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility. * Guide new employees on activities inherent to the area, accompany\-them, and facilitate their adaptation process. * Stay updated on technological advances related to the field of expertise, aiming at professional development and knowledge sharing. * Maintain company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Technical Consultant for heavy machinery. * Prior experience in the After-Sales sector. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Administration, Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday. * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Lunch break: 1 hour and 12 minutes. * Extended coverage for persons with disabilities (PCD)
